隱身自然秘境，獨享山景包棟民宿，走進園區，就像展開一趟融合自然生態、食農教育與手作體驗的探索旅程，超過五百種植物與豐富的動物生態環繞，每一步都喚醒感官，帶你探索自然最純粹的美好。民宿建於民國23年（西元1934年），融合日式的優雅與英式的典雅，承載著時代的印記，入住於此，不僅能感受老屋歲月的溫潤和細緻，更能與家人親友共度滿滿的幸福時光。
距離捷運 A9 林口站僅5分鐘車程，30 分鐘即可暢遊台北、新北與桃園市區，民宿地理位置優越，並貼心提供免費停車空間，無論自駕或搭乘大眾運輸，都能輕鬆抵達，展開便利自在的旅程。
預約制包棟最多可容納10至23人入住，室內空間達 100 坪，搭配 6000 坪的戶外庭園草地，既適合親子同樂，也適合三五好友或家族聚會，讓旅程中充滿自在與歡笑。
Tucked away in a hidden natural sanctuary, our private whole house mountain villa offers an immersive journey that integrates ecology, farm-to-table education program, and hands-on craft experiences. Surrounded by over 500 species of plants and abundant wildlife, every step awakens your senses and reveals the pure beauty of nature. The property built in 1934 blends Japanese grace with British refinement and preserves the patina of time. A stay here invites you to savor the warmth of time and craftsmanship while sharing blissful moments with your family and friends.
The property is just a 5-minute drive from Taoyuan Metro A9 Linkou Station and about 30 minutes from Taipei, New Taipei, and Taoyuan city centers. With complimentary on-site parking, arriving is effortless whether you drive or take public transport.
Our mountain villa can accommodate 10–23 guests by whole house reservation only. You may enjoy 100 pings of indoor space alongside a 6,000-ping lawned garden, which is perfect for families, close friends, and multigenerational gatherings filled with ease and laughter.

Line/Facebook bookings should follow the standard-form contract fee schedule (for hotels/inns/homestays) announced by the Tourism Administration, MOTC, ROC:
More than 14 days before: Full deposit refund.
10–13 days before: 70% refund of deposit.
7–9 days before: 50% refund of deposit.
4–6 days before: 40% refund of deposit.
2–3 days before: 30% refund of deposit.
1 day before: 20% refund of deposit.

入住注意事項
House Rules
請愛惜民宿內所有公物及設備物品，請勿擅自攜出，如有損毀需照價賠償。
Please handle facilities and items with care and do not remove them. Damages will be charged at cost.
晚上 10 點過後請降低音量，以維持周邊安寧。
Please keep noise down after 22:00 to ensure neighborhood peace.

如有贈送早餐，是已備於餐廳冰箱及餐桌上，請自行取用。廚房提供冰箱、開飲機、電鍋、電磁爐等廚具，可供簡易調理。用餐後請關閉爐具，並做好垃圾分類。
If breakfast is included, it will be placed in the dining-room fridge and on the table for self-service. The kitchenette provides a fridge, hot-water dispenser, rice cooker, and induction cooktop for light cooking. Please turn off appliances after use and sort your waste.
室內全面禁菸，嚴禁於室內點火
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited indoors.
無提供寵物住宿服務，並請注意勿讓庭園內的貓狗或野生動物進入屋內，以確保住宿品質。
Pets are not accommodated. Please keep any cat/dog or other wildlife in the garden from entering the house to maintain accommodation quality.
房間鑰匙請妥善保管，如有遺失將酌收工本費 NT$800
Please keep your room key safe. A replacement fee of NT$800 applies if the key is lost.
嚴禁吸毒、酗酒等違法行為，經發現一律報警處理，本民宿保有拒絕入住之權利。
Drug use, overdrinking, and any illegal activity are strictly forbidden. We will notify the police and reserve the right to refuse service upon discovery.
配合環保政策，衛浴僅提供沐浴乳、洗髮精與吹風機，其餘備品若無事先告知，恕不另提供。
In support of the environmental policy, bathrooms provide body wash, shampoo, and a hair dryer only. Additional amenities are not provided unless arranged in advance.
民宿為老屋，本身負荷電力有限，請勿同時開啟大量耗電電器以免跳電．外出時請關閉所有電器與燈具，並妥善鎖好屋門。
As an old building, its electrical capacity is limited. Please avoid running multiple high-wattage appliances at once. When you go out, please switch off all appliances and lights and lock the doors securely.
